Please note that we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Certain types of products, such as custom-made gloves or final sale items, are not eligible for returns. We encourage you to carefully review your order and ensure the item meets your needs before making a purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to send your item back to us. Shipping Your Return

When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This ensures that your return reaches us safely and can be tracked throughout the process. Fashion Nestley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are returned without a tracking number.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For orders that qualify for a return due to defects or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
